"I was injured in a work-related accident in 2006  and in 2010 Dr. Tyler Boone successfully performed my cervical laminectomy in 2011. Continuing to deal with additional injuries from the same accident, I requested the court send me back to Dr. Tyler Boone in 2013 for the severe lumbar injury. We  struggled with the system for over 2 years, finally receiving  authorization in May 2015 for the Dr. Boone recommended MBP infusion graft surgery. The procedure was a lateral lumbar fusion using Morphogenetic Protein Infused Allograft  (due to a metal allergy) instead of the traditional instrumentation fusion. This clearly was a very complicated and delicate technique and Dr. Tyler Boone, assisted by C.J. Dark, P.A.-C., performed a textbook perfect procedure for me. I walked with the aid of a walker 3 hours after the surgery and without a limp for the 1st time since my 2006 injury! Dr. Boone is an outstanding and dedicated surgeon, revered by his peers and highly recommended. He was extremely patient dealing with the Okla. Workman's Comp. System and his understanding of it proved invaluable. Clearly Dr. Boone's knowledge and skill is demonstrated in the training of his P.A.-C., C.J. Dark who has developed into an outstanding assistant and I have appreciated his care as well. The surgery was performed at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital which is outstanding and their care was both excellent and greatly appreciated." – Donna B.
