If you are referred for physical therapy, you will be physically active and need loose-fitting street or exercise clothing that are comfortable. Items to bring include:

• pants or shorts
  
• shirt or blouse
  
• shoes (sure fitting with rubber soles and a wide heel)
  
• personal grooming items (if necessary)
