"Dr. Tyler Boone successfully treated me in 2010 and 2011 for a cervical fracture from a work related accident. I requested the court send me back to Dr. Boone for consequential lumbar injuries as a result of the same accident. I am very pleased with the level of care Dr. Boone and his staff provide for me. I have been thoroughly examined, received the necessary tests for a correct diagnosis, received the recommended L-ESI injections twice, and have discussed at length the surgical options with both Dr. Boone and his PA." -- Donna B.
