Foot & Ankle

The human foot and ankle contains more than 100 bones, tendons, muscles, and ligaments, and forms 33 joints. Our feet and ankles are highly complex structures that work in unison to help support our body weight, allow us to stand, walk or run, and move and flex in a variety of ways. When the foot or ankle is injured, it often requires highly specialized treatment to restore maximum function and movement.

The specialty-trained physicians of Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center are dedicated to a multi-disciplinary approach to treating foot and ankle problems, including fractures and sprains, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and torn Achilles tendons. Additionally, our foot and ankle specialists are committed to on-going training and research. At Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center, we hold a weekly fellowship training clinic, headed by one of our surgeons with post-graduate fellowship training in foot and ankle disorders. At our clinics, our surgeon collaborates with experts in orthotic and pedorthic management to provide our patients the necessary care in achieving optimal functional status.

If your foot or ankle is troubling you, Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center provides the best, individualized treatment plan to get you back on your feet.
